Job summary

Gainsborough Care Home in Swanage is seeking a Care Assistant with no prior experience. Full training will be provided, and you will join a caring team delivering personal support, daily living assistance, and social engagement to residents.

Working 42 hours per week with alternate weekends, you will be part of a supportive environment offering funded training up to QCF Level 5, pension, and on-demand pay.

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).
