Job summary

Join our care home team as a Care Assistant at Agincare Group in Derby. No experience required—full training provided to help you grow a rewarding career in care. The role of a Care Assistant:

About you:

You don’t need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.

• No experience needed – full training provided
• Compassionate , patient and great with people
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship)
• Care Assistant at 36 hours per week working from 8am to 8pm to include alternative weekends
• Night Care Assistant at 36 hours per week working from 8pm to 8am to include alternative weekends
• Bank Care Assistant to have the flexibility to work as and when required to include day and weekend shifts
