Job summary

Agincare is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, comfort and dignity. You will provide personal care, assist with medication, and help promote wellbeing within a supportive team.

We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, a 36-hour week with alternate weekends, refer-a-friend bonus up to £1,000, and a pension with on-demand pay. Please note visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• Care experience is essential.
• Kind, compassionate and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.
