Job summary

Care Outlook is seeking a Care Assistant to support vulnerable and elderly people in the Rye area, travelling door-to-door to provide personal care and build meaningful relationships. This role helps individuals stay independent at home and delivers real job satisfaction.

The Role:

• Assisting clients with personal care (Washing, toileting, dressing etc.)
• Performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Observing, monitoring and recording keeping.

The Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
• Caring, reliable, patient and compassionate.

Shifts available for Care Assistants:

• 07:00am - 14:00pm
• 16:00pm - 22:00pm
• 19:00pm - 22:00pm
• Weekend availability required on a rotational basis, with schedules agreed in advance.

As this role is in the community you must hold a UK Driving licence and access to your own vehicle to be considered for this position

No experience necessary, as our starters are provided with a fully comprehensive training programme, in full.
