Job summary

Cera is recruiting a Care Assistant to support clients at home across West Dunbartonshire. The role includes personal care, medication support, and meals, with travel between client visits in the community.

Flexible shifts cover mornings, days, evenings and nights; driving licence and access to a vehicle are preferred. Cera provides PVG, a company mobile phone, uniform, and access to its benefits platform.

Qualifications

• No experience required; full training provided.
• Registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) required; you must maintain registration and work toward SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ fee payable by employee).
• Driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred for this community-based role.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, medication, and meals for clients in their own homes.
• Visit clients in Balloch, Renton, Dunbarton, Cardross, Vale of Leven, Gartocharn and surrounding areas and travel between visits.

The Role: Supporting clients in Balloch, Renton, Dunbarton, Cardross, Vale of Leven, Gartocharn and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
