Cera Care is seeking a Care Assistant in Scotland to support clients in their own homes across West Dunbartonshire and surrounding areas. This community-based role offers flexible shifts in mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off to promote work-life balance.
Driving licence and vehicle access are preferred to travel between visits. Training and pathways, powered by Cera Tech, help you deliver high-quality in-home care while you grow in the role.

Supporting clients in Balloch, Renton, Dunbarton, Cardross, Vale of Leven, Gartocharnand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, a driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred.
Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.

In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).
