Job summary

Cera is hiring a community carer to help clients live independently at home across Bathgate and nearby areas. You will visit clients to assist with daily tasks, meals, and medications, and travel between visits in your own vehicle.

No previous care experience is required; a caring heart and the desire to help others are valued. We offer flexible shifts and pathways for development in Scotland.

The Role: Supporting clients in Bathgate, Whitburn, Blackburn, Armadale, Fauldhouse, Blackridge, Torphichen, Westfield and surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits. For this role, you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.

Registration: In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).
