Please Note: We have vacancies for Day shifts and Night shifts, 33 hours per week, working 8-8 on a seven-day rota.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and committed Care Assistant to join our team. Whether providing long-term, short-term, convalescence, respite, or palliative care, our focus remains on delivering the highest quality service.
Under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include caring for the physical and emotional well-being and social needs of residents. This involves assisting with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene, dressing, and meals.
Delivering care that comes from the heart, ensuring residents maintain their dignity and individuality by engaging in activities within the care home. Whether helping with mobility aids, providing emotional support, or end-of-life care, the well-being of residents is always our priority.
Safeguarding is everyone's responsibility. You should be able to recognize signs of abuse, harm, or neglect and know how to respond. All colleagues will attend safeguarding training relevant to their role and undertake additional training as needed. You should also be able to seek advice and escalate concerns appropriately.
