Support Worker Role at Ten90 Recruitment

Ten90 Recruitment is seeking experienced Support Workers to work with our clients in Watford and surrounding areas.

We are looking for candidates who can provide person-centred support to vulnerable individuals.

Your responsibilities will include assisting clients with daily tasks such as:

1. Personal care
2. Supporting overall health and wellbeing, including physical, emotional, cultural, and social needs, using a person-centred approach
3. Promoting client choice, independence, dignity, privacy, and rights
4. Observing and monitoring clients' conditions

Minimum requirements include:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Own transport
