Candidates should have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK and be committed to high-quality care. Training and ongoing support are provided to ensure excellent service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Companionship: providing support, communication and engagement.
• Personal care: assisting with washing, bathing and dressing.
• Medication: prompting or assisting with medications and creams.
• Meals: helping to prepare and serve healthy meals and drinks.
• Domestic tasks: light cleaning and household duties.
• Mobility: support to promote independence in mobility.
• Social activities: facilitating trips and in-home engagements.

• A minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK
• Shift patterns include 08:00 - 14:00, 14:00 - 20:00 and 8:00-20:00
• This position will be working 24 hours per week to include alternate weekends

A day in the life of a Care Assistant

• Companionship – Providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
• Personal care – supporting with a wash, bath or shower and supporting the client with dressing and oral care
• Medication – Prompting, assisting or administering medications and creams
• Meals – Supporting the client with healthy meals, snacks and beverages
• Domestic tasks – light cleaning tasks
• Mobility – Supporting the client to live as independently as possible with their mobility
• Social activities – Trips out, social engagements and activities within the home
