Job summary

All Care Services in West Sussex is seeking a Care Assistant to provide person-centred support to older adults in their own homes around Burgess Hill and nearby towns. The role focuses on independence, dignity, and companionship within a local community.

No experience is required as full training and NVQ qualifications are provided, with enhanced pay for unsociable hours and holiday periods.

Qualifications

• No previous care experience required; full training provided.
• Travel requirements: drivers with a UK licence, own vehicle and insurance.
• Right to work in the UK; sponsorship not offered.
• Ability to work AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults in their homes in Burgess Hill and surrounding areas.
• Assist with personal care and daily living tasks.
• Prepare meals and support basic cooking needs.
• Perform light household tasks and food shopping as needed.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across Burgess Hill area helping them regain independence in their own homes.
