Helping Hands in Cirencester is seeking a Care Assistant to help people live safely at home with compassionate support. You’ll provide personal care, meal preparation and light housekeeping, in a flexible role that fits around your commitments.

No prior care experience is required as full training is provided. You’ll join a supportive team with routes to apprenticeships and NVQs, plus mileage pay and benefits like pension and paid holidays.

What you’ll do

• Provide warm, meaningful companionship to customers in their own homes.
• Support with personal care, including washing, bathing, dressing and toileting.
• Assist with mobility needs, helping customers stay safe and confident.
• Oversee and administer medication in line with care plans.
• Help with household tasks such as cleaning, cooking and meal preparation.
• Run essential errands, from food shopping to collecting prescriptions.
• Offer calm, considerate support that helps customers feel truly cared for.
