All Care Services in Southampton is seeking a Care Assistant for weekends to support older adults in the Southampton, Hedge End and Eastleigh areas. You will provide person-centred care and help with daily activities in the home.

No prior experience is required as full training is provided. You will benefit from guaranteed hours within permanent contracts, weekend shifts, paid mileage, an employer pension, and funded NVQ qualifications from day one.

Salary: £13.53 per hour. Enhanced rate for work carried out on public holidays.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant, you will provide person-centred care to older adults across the Southampton, Hedge End and Eastleigh andhelping them regain independence in their own homes.

Your duties include:

• Personal care
• Meal preparation and basic cooking
• Light household tasks
• Food shopping
• Companionship and emotional support

No experience needed – full training provided!

What We Are Looking For

• Travel Requirements:This is a community-based role,Drivers with a Full Uk licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
• Right to Work:You must have the right to work in the UK. We are unable to offer sponsorship currently.
• Ability to workAM/PM shiftsand alternate weekends
