Job summary

Care Concern Group is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant for Osprey Court Care Home in Perth and Kinross. You will support residents with daily living needs, including personal care, mobility and nutrition, while upholding dignity and independence in a compassionate, person-centred approach.

Full-time and part-time contracts are available with days and nights shifts. Training and ongoing development are provided to help you grow in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and develop.
• Previous experience is beneficial but not essential.
• SVQ Level 2 is desirable or willingness to work towards.

Job description

Osprey Court Care Home is a purpose built 60 bed care home located in Pitcrocknie Village, adjacent to the town of Alyth in Perth and Kinross. Providing Residential, Nursing, Dementia and Respite care, the home offers a modern, high quality environment where team members can build strong relationships, develop their skills and make a meaningful difference as part of a supportive and welcoming team.

Care Assistant Contract

• £13.60 per hour
• Full time and part time contracts available
• Dayshift and Nightshift available
• Paid PVG pension, uniform provided
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based a full time contract)

Role Overview

As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.

You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
