Job Description

What you’ll do

As a care assistant, you'll support clients to live safer and supported lives in their own homes. You'll follow individual care plans and assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, managing incontinence, and supporting medication. You will also help with practical tasks like shopping, mealtimes, and housework.
