Job summary

Cera Care invites you to join our community team in South Ayrshire as a carer. This is a home-based role supporting clients to live independently, with no prior experience required beyond a big heart and willingness to help others.

We offer flexible shifts across mornings, days, evenings and nights, with every other weekend off to support work-life balance. Driving is preferred as you will travel to clients’ homes across South Ayrshire and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

The Role:

Supporting clients in Troon, Monkton, Dundonald, Prestwick, Ayr, Annbank, Tarbolton, Symington, Maybole, Coylton, Mainholm, Girvan & Mossblownand surrounding areas, this is a community-based role, where you will assist with personal care, medication, and meals, visiting people in their own homes and travelling between client visits.For this role you require a driving licence and access to a vehicle for work. However we can accept walkers in Troon, Coylton, Monkton and Dundonald.

Your role is powered by Cera Tech - our predictive technology that reduces admin and helps prevent hospitalisations, so you can focus on caring.

Registration:

In Scotland, all care staff register with the SSSC. You must maintain registration and work towards your SVQ2 (funded by Cera; SVQ registration fee payable by employee).
