Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Care Assistant at Lansdowne Hill Care Home to deliver high-quality personal care, assist with medications, and support residents with daily living activities. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and a commitment to person-centred care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.
• Night shifts and day/night rotation available; workload includes 24h over 2 weeks or 36h over 2 weeks.

The Role Of a Care Assistant

• Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents.

About You

• Compassionate, patient and great with people

• Opportunities Available:
• Care Assistant to work 24 hours over a 2 week rolling rota - shift pattern to be confirmed
• Night Care Assistant to work 36 hours over a 2 week rolling rota
• Shift pattern for Night Care Assistant as follows:
• Week 1 Thursday from 8pm to 8am
• Week 2 Tuesday from 8pm to 8am and Saturday from 8pm to 8am
• Bank Care Assistant to have the flexibility to work day, night and weekend shifts as and when required
