Job summary

All Care Services is recruiting a Care Assistant to deliver person-centred support to older adults in the Aldershot area and surrounding towns. You will work to maintain independence in clients’ own homes with various shifts and a focus on compassionate care.

No experience is required as full training is provided, and there are guaranteed hours with permanent contracts and structured rotas.

Qualifications

• Travel Requirements: This is a community-based role; drivers with a Full UK licence, your own vehicle and business insurance.
• Right to Work: You must have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centred care to older adults across the Aldershot area.
• Assist with personal care, meal preparation and basic cooking.
• Undertake light household tasks and grocery shopping.
• Provide companionship and emotional support.
