Job summary

All Care Services in Maidenhead is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to provide person-centred support to older adults across the local area, helping them maintain independence in their own homes. The role covers personal care, meal preparation, light household tasks, shopping and companionship; full training is provided, with guaranteed hours under permanent contracts and opportunities for progression.

Travel may be required; drivers with a full UK licence and own vehicle are preferred.

• Travel requirements: drivers with a Full UK licence, own vehicle and business insurance.

• AM/PM shifts and alternate weekends.

Location: AcrossHigh Wycombe, Windsor, Reading, Newbury and Maidenhead.

Salary: £13.10 – £13.27 per hour.Additional benefits include enhanced pay for unsociable hours and double-time compensation for work carried out on public holidays.
