Job summary

Agincare is recruiting a Care Assistant for a Buckinghamshire care home. You will provide high-quality personal care, assist with daily living activities, and build meaningful relationships with residents. Full training will be provided; no prior experience is required, and you will join a supportive team.

Part-time role with 18 hours per week and alternating weekends. Pay up to £12.91 per hour, and benefits include a company pension, on-demand pay, and a refer-a-friend scheme up to £1,000.

The role of a Care Assistant

Shift patterns

Week 1 - Tuesday 2pm-8pm, Saturday 2pm-8pm
Week 2 - Monday 2pm-8pm, Tuesday 8am-2pm, Wednesday 2pm-8pm, Sunday 8am-2pm
