Job summary

Agincare is hiring a Bank Care Assistant at Hazlemere Lodge, a Buckinghamshire care home. No prior care experience is required; you just need kindness and the right to work in the UK.

Full training is provided, with opportunities to gain qualifications up to QCF Level 5 and a sense of real purpose through caring for residents. You will deliver high-quality personal care, assist with daily living activities, support medication recording, and build meaningful relationships.

The role of a Care Assistant:

Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents. Assist with medication administration and recording. Support residents with daily living activities and routines. Build meaningful relationships and provide companionship. Help enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement. Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being. Work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centred care

You dont need previous care experience. What matters most is your kindness and motivation to help others.
