Key Responsibilities

Every day is different in Health and Social Care. In this role you should expect to get to know your clients, their interests and individual needs.

You will provide both emotional and practical support, such as assisting with personal care (washing, toileting, dressing), domestic household tasks and meal preparation.

You will also be supporting clients with medication, mobility aids and personal equipment where required, and have a responsibility to monitor overall wellbeing and report to the Registered Manager any significant changes in the health or circumstances of a client. We encourage our clients to remain as independent as possible while ensuring their wellbeing is always supported and safeguarded.

  • Full training and ongoing development, including opportunities to gain NVQ qualifications
  • Blue Light Discount Card
  • Annual Awards Ceremony to recognise your hard work
  • Company Smartphone
  • 28 days holiday (pro‑rata)
  • Employee Assistance Programme for confidential support when you need it
