National Star in Hereford is seeking a Specialist Care and Support Worker to join a small, friendly residential home for young adults with disabilities. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care, support daily living and health needs, and help individuals achieve their goals with dignity and respect.

Hours: up to 37 hours per week
Contract Options: Permanent part time / full time / bank contracts available
Working Pattern: Early shifts from 7am, late shifts until 9pm/10pm and alternate weekends.
