Job summary

Penna Healthcare by Care Sante is seeking dedicated Care & Support Workers to assist clients in GL5 and surrounding areas. No prior care experience required; full training provided. Enjoy mileage allowance, DBS paid, annual leave, and a supportive team as you help people live safely at home.

Part-time positions with shifts 7:00–14:00 and 16:00–22:00 offer flexibility and meaningful daily impact. Valid UK driving licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes.

• Deliver compassionate end-of-life care when needed.
• Promote safety, dignity, and respect in daily routines.

Shift Pattern

Part-time opportunities available:

• 7:00am – 14:00pm
• 16:00pm – 10:00pm

Your Role

You'll support people to live safely and independently in their own homes by:

• Providing personal care
• Assisting with mobility and moving & handling
• Preparing meals and drinks
• Prompting or assisting with medication
• Supporting with light household duties
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Promoting independence, dignity, and wellbeing
• Delivering compassionate end-of-life care where required
