Cygnet Old Leigh House in Leigh on Sea is seeking an outstanding Bank Support Worker with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You will work flexible bank shifts to support men living with learning disabilities and complex needs, with a team focused on safeguarding and a safe environment.

Old Leigh House supports men living with a learning disability and complex needs. The team can also support those who have mental and physical health needs, as well as behaviours that may challenge and a history of offending.
