McCarthy Stone is recruiting a professional Care & Support Assistant to join the team at our prestigious Lady Susan Court development in Basingstoke, Hampshire.
Built in 2013, Lady Susan Court is a Retirement Living Plus development comprising 60 apartments for those over 70, offering excellent on-site facilities within beautiful grounds.
Hourly rate: £12.39 per hour, with potential to earn up to an additional £1.30 for evening and weekend shifts.

About the role: As a Care & Support Assistant, you will provide high-quality, personalized care to our residents, supporting their wellbeing. Your duties will include housekeeping, domestic support, encouraging participation in activities, assisting with appointments, arranging transport, escorting visits, and shopping assistance. Every day offers variety and the chance to make a meaningful difference using your people skills.
