Prime Life Ltd is seeking a passionate Activities Coordinator to join our team at Westerlands Care Village, Brough, caring for 83 residents with diverse needs. The role involves planning daily activities, arranging trips and entertaining events, and providing companionship with a patient, respectful approach.

We offer regular shift patterns across a 7-day week, funded DBS, holiday pay, and a Refer a Friend scheme.

Qualifications

• Genuine caring nature and desire to make a real difference for residents.
• Experience organising activities in similar environments is advantageous.
• Good time keeping and ability to prioritise tasks.

Responsabilités

• Plan daily activities that support residents' social, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being.
• Schedule trips and outings in line with residents' interests and hobbies.
• Provide friendship and accompany residents on social outings or appointments.
• Organise and participate in fundraising.
• Arrange in-home entertainment such as musicians and artists.
• Maintain accurate written records and complete documentation.
• Welcome family members to the home and encourage participation in daily activities.
