Blackpool Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is recruiting for a Band 5 position on the Coronary Care Unit within the Lancashire Cardiac Centre. The post offers a full induction with a designated preceptor and supports staff development in cardiology.

Applicants should be registered nurses with a willingness to undertake teaching/assessing qualifications and a Diploma or the willingness to pursue one. The role is full-time, fixed-term for 5 months, with a salary under Agenda for Change.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse with current UK registration.
• Willingness to undertake teaching and assessing qualification.
• Diploma or willingness to undertake Diploma.
• Teaching and assessing qualification desirable.

Responsabilités

• Although cardiology experience is preferred it is not essential, as successful applicants will receive a full induction with an assigned preceptor.
• We do however require passionate and motivated individuals who can show an interest in Cardiology.
