Job summary

Minster Law is seeking a Personal Injury Executive to handle a portfolio of claimant fast track EL/PL injury claims for our clients, delivering excellent client care and progressing claims.

You will negotiate with third parties, identify litigation opportunities, and work with a task-based case management system. Experience with MOJ portal and non-portal personal injury claims is desirable.

Qualifications

• Passion for personal injury with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with MOJ portal, non-portal and litigated PI claims.
• Ability to handle a portfolio and deliver excellent client care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client care to clients who have suffered from an injury.
• Analyze evidence and research liability, causation and quantum.
• Draft statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Secure early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation.
• Optimise client settlements.
• Use case management system to maintain contact and manage expectations.
• Raise awareness of the department and develop your profile.
• Undertake other tasks as deemed by the business.
