Minster Law Ltd is seeking a Personal Injury Executive in Wakefield to handle EL/PL claims for our clients, aiming for the best settlements and proactive progression. You will work in a hybrid setup, dealing with MOJ/non-MOJ portals and litigated claims while delivering exceptional client care.

Qualifications

• You will be passionate about personal injury.
• You will be a strong communicator, with excellent negotiation skills.
• Experience with MOJ portal, non-portal and litigated personal injury claims.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent client care to our clients who have suffered from an injury.
• Analyze evidence and research liability, causation and quantum.
• Drafting documents including statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Securing early interim payments and appropriate rehabilitation.
• Optimising your client’s settlement.
• Raise awareness of the department and developing your profile.
