Job summary

Clayton Legal is seeking a Personal Injury Executive to join an established team handling a varied caseload of claimant fast-track EL/PL PI claims. You will own your own caseload from instruction to settlement, with MOJ Portal, non-portal and litigated claims valued as key areas of work.

The role emphasizes ownership, client care, and negotiation skills in a hybrid working environment, with opportunities for development within a platinum-accredited Investors in People organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience handling MOJ Portal, non-portal and litigated PI claims.
• Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to deal with objections.
• Excellent communication and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from instruction through to settlement.
• Provide proactive client care and keep clients informed throughout the claim.
• Investigate claims and analyse liability, causation and quantum.
• Draft statements, pleadings and schedules of loss.
• Negotiate with third parties to maximise settlements.
• Identify opportunities for litigation to progress claims when appropriate.
• Work within a task-based case management environment.
