Job summary

Bedfordshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an enthusiastic Exercise Professional to deliver cardiac rehabilitation within a multidisciplinary team. You will assess functional capacity, lead group and individual sessions, and educate patients to adopt healthier lifestyles.

Under supervision, you will develop tailored exercise plans, participate in audits, and ensure safe delivery of high-quality cardiac rehab programmes for a diverse patient group across Bedfordshire and Luton.

Qualifications

• Assess functional capacity and mobility to tailor exercise plans.
• Deliver individual and group exercise sessions per patient needs.
• Provide education to empower lifestyle changes and improve outcomes.
• Use evidence-based practice to inform risk stratification and programming.

Responsibilities
