Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in cardiac rehabilitation and exercise programme delivery.
• Ability to communicate effectively with MDT and patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver cardiac rehabilitation exercise and lifestyle education sessions.
• Assess health needs and safety during exercise sessions.
• Coordinate with MDT colleagues to ensure continuity of care.
• Liaise with the Band 6 Exercise Professional and prepare reports.
