Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience providing admin support for information systems.
• Data entry and validation experience in clinical or administrative settings.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Smooth running of the service.
• Act as first-line support for Cardiac Information systems, logging queries and escalating as needed.
• Manage and monitor the call logging system, prioritising and progressing requests.
• Data entry, validation and maintenance of cardiac audit and clinical datasets.
• Assist with audit data preparation, submission and maintenance following national/local requirements.
• General office tasks and records management.
• Liaise with clinical staff and internal/external stakeholders professionally.
• Ensure confidentiality and information governance standards are followed.
