Job overview

To provide a high ‑ quality, comprehensive and professional administrative service in support of the Cardiac Information Team. The post holder will support the day ‑ to ‑ day running of the team by undertaking a range of administrative duties, including first ‑ line support for information systems, data entry and validation, and managing incoming requests via the call logging system.

  • Assist with general office administration tasks, including managing shared inboxes, filing, document management and maintaining records.
  • Liaise with clinical staff, internal teams and external stakeholders in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Support the team in meeting deadlines and service objectives by prioritising workload effectively.Maintain confidentiality and information governance standards at all times, in line with Trust policies.
  • Contribute to service improvement by identifying issues with processes or data quality and reporting these to the team.
