Zusammenfassung

Mastercard is seeking a Title and Summary Manager, Product Operations to lead the Card Fulfilment team within MPMS. You will drive BAU Supply Chain Operations, overseeing forecasting, demand planning, production, replenishment and distribution of card components and packaging.

The role partners with global product teams and vendors, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency and high-quality service while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and project execution capabilities.

Qualifikationen

• Experience managing a supply chain function, including international shipping and vendor management.
• Demonstrable People leadership experience.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks concurrently while meeting deadlines.
• Ability to professionally communicate with different functional areas and external partners.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player.
• Good organisation skills; able to log and track issues.
• Proficient with MS tools and knowledge of AI to support data analysis.
• Proficient language skills in English (verbal and written); other languages advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Forecasting and Demand Planning for Card and Collateral components to support delivery of the right product, in the right quantity, at the right pace and time.
• Work with vendors in manufacturing, print and distributions.
• SLA adherence management and quality monitoring.
• Manage the daily operations of Card Fulfilment: Order management, PO/PR management, Invoice reconciliations and processing.
• Identify and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Facilitation of distribution and shipping as required.
