Job summary

Mastercard's Prepaid Management Services unit seeks a Manager, Product Operations to lead forecasting, demand planning, production, replenishment and distribution of card and collateral items. You will support global product teams with up-to-date card assets and maintain stock with external partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality across regions.

Qualifications

Experience of managing a supply chain function including international shipping and vendor management.
Demonstrable people leadership experience.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication with cross-functional teams and external partners.
Good interpersonal skills and team player.
Proficient with MS tools; some knowledge of AI for data analysis.

Responsibilities

Forecasting and Demand Planning for Card Fulfillment items to ensure correct quantity, at the right pace and time.
Collaborate with vendors in manufacturing, print, and distribution.
Manage SLA adherence and quality monitoring.
Oversee daily operations of Card Fulfilment including Order management, PO/PR, and invoice reconciliation.
Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency and scale operations.
Coordinate distribution and shipping as needed.
