Job summary

Haven is seeking a Siting Team Member to join our park operations. You will be hands-on positioning caravans on site, carrying out adjustments, and ensuring units are guest ready. A supportive team environment will help you deliver safe, high-quality service daily.

The role requires prior caravan siting or similar labour experience, a valid driving license for agricultural machinery, and a strong focus on safety and teamwork. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Caravan Siting or similar labour roles.
• Full valid driving license with tractor/gator category.
• Ability to operate siting equipment and hand tools safely.
• Strong commitment to safety protocols and a compliant workplace.
• Work well independently and in a team, with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport, position and site caravans following safety protocols and site plans.
• Level, connect and secure caravans for guest use.
• Assist with caravan relocation and removal as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and exterior cleaning on caravans.
• Inspect for safety/functional issues and report findings to maintenance.
• Collaborate with the facilities team to deliver high-quality service across the park.
