Job summary

Vantage Motor Group Limited is seeking a Sales Specialist to join the Toyota Leeds team. You will earn a competitive basic salary of £24,510.10 with OTE £49,223.60 plus excellent benefits, in a full-time role based in Leeds.

The position runs five days a week, 8:30–18:00 with every other weekend off and includes a subsidised staff car scheme and guaranteed commission for the first three months. We welcome applicants with strong customer-facing sales experience and the energy to exceed targets.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to customers.
• Must be motivated, able to work under pressure and exceed targets.
• Willingness to work weekends on rotation as part of a 5-day week.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and used vehicles and associated products to customers.
• Achieve agreed sales targets within operating and financial guidelines.
• Build and maintain customer relationships to drive repeat business.
