Job summary

Vantage Motor Group Limited is seeking a Sales Specialist at Toyota Blackburn. The role offers a basic salary with on-target earnings and a comprehensive benefits package. You will work a full-time, five-day week with every other weekend off, in a customer-focused environment.

The successful candidate will have strong communication skills, be highly motivated, and capable of achieving sales targets for both new and used vehicles. Training and development are provided within the Vantage group.

New opportunity not to be missed !Vantageare looking for aSales Specialistto join our team based inToyota Blackburn. In return you will receive a competitive basic salary of £24,510.10 basic salary, £49,223.60 including OTE bonus plus excellent benefits!

This is a full time role, working an average 5 day week between 8:30 - 18:00 with every other weekend off.

Alongside this each month for the first 6 months of joining our team, you will receive guaranteed commission on top of your basic salary to give you plenty of time to really get to know our customers and to learn about our customer first culture here at Vantage.

Our ideal Sales Specialist will;

• Enjoy working with people in a customer facing sales environment
• Be determined to succeed whilst possessing strong communication skills with the ability to adapt each customer
• Be highly motivated and have the ability to work well under pressure and most importantly, have the drive to exceed in every task you encounter
• Be able and willing to achieve agreed sales targets for the new and/or used vehicles, within defined operating and financial guidelines
• Contribute to the centres development plans, policies and procedures as required ensuring the achievement of all sales tasks in a smooth and timely manner
