Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create great customer experiences from first contact to vehicle purchase.
• Build product knowledge and represent the brand with pride and excellence.
• Drive sales processes to convert enquiries into sales and maximise leads.
• Upsell on accessories, warranties, and finance where appropriate.
• Meet FCA regulations in financial advice and service.
