Qualifications

• Customer-focused and motivated to deliver excellent service.
• Experience in car sales or retail is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and develop in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive forwards sales leads and convert appointments into sales.
• Upsell on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages.
• Deliver a complete, personalised car-buying experience for customers.
• Provide fair financial advice to customers in line with FCA regulations.
