We offer a base salary of £22,000 with an uncapped OTE of £42,000, a 40-hour week, pension, life assurance, 33 days holiday, exclusive discounts, and a comprehensive training package to help you succeed in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Has a full UK driving licence and own transport where required.
• Demonstrates collaborative team working and customer service excellence.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment and hit targets.
• Comfort with using computer systems to manage leads and sales processes.
• Willingness to learn and adhere to FCA regulations and financial guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Creating great experiences for customers from first contact to driving away with their new car.
• Building knowledge of products and services to represent the brand with pride.
• Becoming a champion of the sales process, driving enquiry leads and converting appointments into sales.
• Delivering a complete package including accessories, extended warranty and finance options.
• Adhering to FCA regulations and providing fair financial advice and services.
