Qualifications

• Must hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Confident with computer systems and dealer software.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of new and used Ford vehicles to create a seamless customer journey.
• Build product knowledge and communicate features to customers.
• Own the sales process from enquiry to delivery, maximizing leads and appointments.
• Upsell accessories, warranties and finance options to complete packages.
• Provide compliant, high-quality financial advice in line with FCA regulations.
