Responsibilities

• Create great customer experiences from first contact to driving away in their new car.
• Build knowledge of products and services to represent the brand with pride and excellence.
• Drive forward new and used car enquiry leads, converting appointments into sales.
• Upsell on accessories, extended warranty and finance packages to complete the purchase.
• Adhere to FCA regulations and provide fair financial advice and services.
