Job summary

Evans Halshaw Omoda & Jaecoo is opening a new store and seeks a driven Sales Executive to deliver outstanding customer experiences. You’ll be part of a fast-moving, customer-focused team and empowered to grow your skills from day one.

You’ll earn a basic salary of £22,000 with an OTE of £42,000 (uncapped) plus a guaranteed bonus for 6 months, a 40-hour week, pension, life assurance, and 33 days holiday. Training and career growth are strong priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience in car sales or retail is desirable.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Motivated to deliver excellent customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by turning enquiries into appointments and bookings.
• Present a complete car package including accessories and finance options.
• Maintain product knowledge and represent the brand with pride.
• Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and company policies.
