Park’s Motor Group in Carlisle is seeking a Sales Executive to convert customer interest across phone, digital channels and showroom visits into sales. You will build lasting relationships and guide customers through the vehicle journey, from selection to handover.

The role is a 5-day week with training and support from a family-run business, focusing on customer experience and driving sales targets with integrity and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Convert telephone, digital and showroom visitors to Park’s customers by creating lasting relationships.
• Use systems and databases to check vehicle availability and understand customer needs.
• Liaise with Product Genius to provide detailed vehicle information and arrange test drives.
• Assist customers with paperwork and offer additional add-on packages.
• Keep customers updated on order progress throughout the sales process.
• Conduct pre-delivery inspections and deliver a smooth handover experience.
• Work as a team to reach sales targets.
