Job summary

Vertu Alpine Nottingham is recruiting a Car Sales Executive who can start from a retail or hospitality background. You’ll deliver outstanding customer experiences, understand needs, arrange test drives and help customers find the right vehicle and finance options.

Full training is provided and no prior automotive experience is required. You’ll benefit from uncapped commission, a company car and strong earning potential with a realistic OTE of £45,000 and up to £60k for top performers.

Qualifications

• You don’t need automotive experience – we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
• Have experience in retail, hospitality, leisure or customer-facing sales

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish
• Understanding customer needs and matching them with the right vehicle and finance options
• Arranging and conducting test drives
• Building relationships that turn first-time buyers into loyal, repeat customers
• Working to achievable targets with the support of an experienced management team
