Job summary

Vertu Renault Gloucester is seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join a high-performing team. The role involves delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry to handover and showcasing a wide range of used vehicles with finance options.

You will work in a busy sales environment with structured onboarding, on-going training, and clear career progression within one of the UK’s largest automotive retail groups. Weekend rota and no Sunday work are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 12 months' experience as an Automotive Sales Executive.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends as part of the sales rota.
• A full UK driving licence (manual and automatic).

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with customers from enquiry to handover.
• Guide customers through the vehicle purchase journey.
• Showcase used vehicles and present finance/ancillary products.
• Ensure a professional, enjoyable and memorable buying experience.
