Vertu Renault Exeter is seeking a Car Sales Executive to join their team. The role focuses on delivering an outstanding buying experience from start to finish, with comprehensive training and onboarding provided.

The position offers a competitive basic salary of £27,000 with uncapped commission and realistic on-target earnings of £45,000, with top performers achieving £60,000+. A 40-hour week over five 8-hour shifts is typical, including most Saturdays, and a company car is provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence is required or highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming customers and presenting vehicles and finance options.
• Arranging and conducting engaging test drives.
• Building lasting relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Working towards achievable sales targets with the support of an experienced management team.
